Separate the equipment and material list
List drilling equipment, pipe segments, tanks, tools and consumables as separate items. Record dimensions, weight and quantity for each. State whether a tank is empty, cleaned or contains material, and provide the contents information for a feasibility review. Do not treat every project item as the same type of cargo.
Set the delivery sequence
Mark which items are needed at mobilisation, which support ongoing work and which leave during demobilisation. Provide confirmed dates separately from provisional dates. For multiple work fronts, use a separate destination pin and site contact for each movement.
Confirm handling and access with the site team
Ask the site team to confirm where the vehicle can enter, turn, wait and unload. Identify who provides lifting equipment and the personnel responsible for loading and receiving. Share site restrictions before the vehicle is selected. The site team and operator must agree a suitable arrangement for the specific load.
Keep the next movement clear
Nominate a person to confirm changes, updated locations and the next pickup. Keep a simple record of the load, date, destination and delivery-document requirements. If the work front changes, reconfirm the movement before dispatch rather than relying on an earlier map pin or provisional schedule.
