Share the sequence for pipe segments, tanks, tools and drilling equipment, together with the required delivery windows. Identify which item is needed first and which can arrive later. Each load is reviewed for its size, weight, loading method and suitable transport arrangement.
Coordinate the receiving site
HDD work may involve several work fronts. Send the exact delivery pin and a reachable site contact for each movement, plus the loading and unloading responsibilities. For changing project schedules, agree how the next movement will be requested and confirmed rather than assuming a vehicle is already reserved.
