01Which areas do you serve?
We supply lorries with drivers to construction projects throughout Peninsular Malaysia, and most of our work is outstation. Enquire about transport within or between the northern, central, southern and East Coast states; share both endpoints and your project dates for route and vehicle confirmation.
02What are your operating hours?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for construction projects across Peninsular Malaysia. Vehicle availability is confirmed for each booking.
03Is JX Star Trading a registered business?
Yes. JX Star Trading has been registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) since 2003, registration number 200303109779. Ask for the documents your vendor registration requires when you enquire.
04Is a driver included?
Our lorry rental enquiries are for vehicles with a driver. Extra loading labour or lifting equipment must be discussed separately.
05Which lorry size should I request?
Send the cargo dimensions, total weight, quantity and handling requirements. We review the suitable vehicle and its availability for the job.
06Can I arrange recurring project transport?
Cargo lorries from about 1 to 10 tonnes for steel bars, pipes, palletised and bagged materials, and tipper lorries for sand, soil and aggregates. Every lorry comes with a driver. Tell us the load and the site access and we suggest a suitable size; the lorry size guide explains the common options.
07What determines the quotation?
The quote depends on the route, cargo, suitable vehicle, timing and agreed handling scope. Ask for waiting, toll and extra-stop terms to be stated in the quotation.
08Do you support HDD project transport?
Coordinate materials and equipment transport for Horizontal Directional Drilling projects, from mobilisation planning to transfers between work sites.
09Does an enquiry reserve a vehicle?
No. We confirm the route, vehicle availability, scope and quotation with you before a booking is agreed.
010How do I request a quote?
Call or WhatsApp +60 17-562 3774, email admin@jxstar.my, or use the enquiry form to prepare your message. Include cargo, pickup, destination and preferred dates.
011Can I send a quotation request or purchase order by email?
Yes. Email admin@jxstar.my with the cargo, pickup and delivery locations and dates, and attach any drawings, purchase order or delivery documents. For time-sensitive enquiries, call or WhatsApp +60 17-562 3774 as well.
012What size lorry do I need?
It depends on total weight, the longest item and site access, not only on a tonnage name such as 3-tonne or 10-tonne. Our lorry size guide explains common categories; we confirm the actual vehicle for your load.
013Which languages can I use for an enquiry?
You can send your enquiry in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese.
