Start with the load, not a vehicle label

For machinery, steel or bulky equipment, send the packed length, width, height and total weight. Include the number of pieces, whether the equipment moves under its own power and how it will be lifted. A photograph with a measurement reference helps explain the load; it does not replace its specifications.

Review both ends of the journey

Vehicle access, turning space, overhead obstructions and the unloading arrangement can affect the transport plan. Tell us who provides the lifting equipment and when the receiving team will be ready. Loads that need specialised equipment or route permissions require a separate feasibility review before acceptance.
