Two ways across the peninsula
From the north, Kelantan is usually reached on the East–West Highway between Gerik and Jeli, a hilly road through forest reserve where travel is slower than on an expressway. Kuantan and southern Terengganu are often reached via Kuala Lumpur and the East Coast Expressway. The better route depends on the exact pickup, destination and vehicle.
Monsoon season planning
The northeast monsoon, roughly November to March, brings heavy rain to Kelantan, Terengganu and eastern Pahang, and flooding can close roads or sites at short notice. For deliveries in this period, keep a flexible date range, confirm site conditions the day before dispatch and agree how a weather postponement is handled.
Industrial and project areas
East Coast enquiries can involve the Gebeng industrial area and Kuantan Port in Pahang, Kemaman and Kerteh in Terengganu, and towns such as Kota Bharu, Pasir Mas and Gua Musang in Kelantan. Many sites are far from the nearest town, so give an exact pin and describe the final access road.
